Defective pool pump

I purchased a bestway pool through Amazon and the pump is not working. The pump we received, is not the pump size pictured with the pool. It has been 8 days since we have been able to get in the pool. It was installed on 7/2/23, and has only been used on 7/4/23. Since then we have been trying to get the pool clean. Please send the correct, stronger working pump.

Problems with our hot tub we purchased

I purchased a Bestway USA Saluspa I opened all the boxes to put it together and inflate the hot tub and the pump doesn't work properly I can't even start it it just beeps and flashes even after I Hit the reset button it just keeps doing the same thing it's absolutely useless trying to get ahold of best way is impossible any phone number that I've tried immediately hangs up when I try to email somebody or get a message to someone I'm just sent around in circles I'm totally pissed

Customer service for these products don't exist. You submit an issue with the guidelines of the warranty information trying to warranty a product that is supposed to have manufacturer warranty on it only to be told it does not have warranty. Absolute zero options. Talk to a human being regarding these issues

After trying to get in touch with best way for a couple months now to the website I finally got a phone number to call and inform them that after one season my legs are rotted out they are telling me that the legs are only warranty for 6 months on top of it I asked how much replacement legs were for a 12x20x48 pool they said they do not make such a pool they only make it 18 by 9 by 48 it's amazing they don't make this product when I have one the incompetence of the people on the phone are unbelievable now when the pool Falls I am going to sue best way for they're incompetence. Shady product that I spent over $1,000 for last year it's amazing what a piece of crap this pool is I wish there was a way for me to send pictures I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there are no supervisors available that she cannot transfer me to one I would like a call back my number is 646-243-****

Every time I turn the pump on it shuts off immediately and then gives me an 06 code ive tried putting it in two different power sources, different plug-ins, different extortion extension cords, and it does the same thing every time so it did turn on one time but it didnt sound right so I dont know what I should do. I just bought the same. I shouldnt have that much issues with it so please contact me. Let me know what Im doing wrong or if its just a bad pump.

Brand new Saluspa Grenada. Upon setup, wifi button was pressed, unsuccessful attempts to connect to 2.4G internet. So i skipped that as most people do as it doesn't work properly. Now the wifi button blinks and you are unable to use any of the buttons. Its stuck? If you oush any of the buttons nothing happens. The only way to use the spa is to turn off the panel and turn it back on. Right away press the heat with temp up/down or bubbles. After pressing right away it works. Then, nothing works after that. If you want to sit in the tub and hit the bubbles, it must be turned off and back on. The wifi blinks whether the panel is off or on? I need for the panel to work properly. Is there a way to reset the panel?

The spa I bought they had a recall plus it would shock u even shock you they sent me a pump but the pump they sent don't work it won't heat it makes a gargling sound now they want me to pay the shipping for another one how's that make any sense because by their own policies it says they will replace damaged parts and don't say anything about me having to pay for it and they refusing to send it to me it's just not a way to do business

Customers cannot call this company and talk with a CSA, unless you have a computer. You request someone to call you back online. They will then call you within 2 days. Customers cannot order parts over the phone. You have to be computer savvy and do it yourself. Their customer service Department must be inept. Probably because their products are cheaply made. Made in China. People say you get what you pay for. Well, not with this company (Bestway). Customers pay for overpriced items to replace the initial product you purchased. It's all about the company. Not the product or service. Do not buy a Coleman Saluspa or any other product from Bestway.

I wouldve gave a zero star but I did not have that option what had happened was we bought a pool it was through best white pools I have dealt with that white pools for the last year I had *** customer service they told me what I needed to do through emails will not answer their phones I did all the stuff that they wanted me to do And now they will not warranty my pool they are selling defective equipment about a pool back in the summer of last year my son got in at the liner cut his foot wide open Ive called Bestway pools Ive called Walmart no one wants to do anything about it all I get is oh Im so sorry about your sons foot

I purchased two air mattresses on November 4,2023. We carefully read the manual, and began to inflate product, The mattresses were fine for two days(Nov6th), and then they began to deflate rapidly. We began to look and to troubleshoot. After 24hours, we took them both back to the store(Walmart) where we were told that we could only exchange for the same mattress, which we agreed upon. Then on November 10,we had the same issue. That's when I began to search for recalls and or similar complaints. To my surprise, they're this was a repetitive ongoing issue. I want know what can be done to resolve this issue. I took them back to Walmart, and was told once again that I could exchange for the exact same product. I've been to 6 different Walmart in a span of over 2weeks to make an exchange, however, there was none on the shelf at any stores. Honestly, I don't want to exchange this anymore, because, this has been a loss of time and energy. I just want a refund. I purchased these air mattresses, until, our furniture arrived , during our move. Our furniture, will not arrive until Dec18th,so as you can imagine, this has been a high inconvenience to my family and I. And I want is a refund, and to make sure that this issue isn't treated so nonchalantly, that it results in someone's death, by suffocation. I'm definitely not exaggerating. Please let me know what can be done about this matter.

I KEPT CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE # AND IT WOULD RING ONCE THEN IMMEDIATELY HANG UP. NOBODY HAS EVER RETURNED MY CALL. SUMMERS ALMOST HERE AND WE HAVE NO LINER AND CANT AFFORD TO BUY THIS WHOLE POOL AGAIN. SO YOU GUYS SUCK, VERY DISSAPPOINTING. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING CALLING A NUMBER YOU PROVIDE AND IT JUST KEEPS DISCONNECTING.

I bought the SaluSpa Hollywood AirJet Inflatable Hot Tub for my husband. It sat in the box for eight months until we could build a concrete patio for it. It was amazing for about 5 months, then it started leaking at the pump. Even though it is out of warranty, I've tried to call the customer service number to try and get a troubleshooting session or order a new part, but the calls are dropped after clicking the different prompts. I have searched the internet, and there are hundreds of complaints about the pump leak and the dropped calls. I am terribly disappointed. I have notified Walmart of the situation and requested that they check into this and see if this is the type of customer service they want to have for the products they carry.
