Well just happen to be searching for a bigger pool and I came upon that the pool I purchased was a recalled and sold to me anyway and the side straps are all wiggaly not firm stuck on pool for tight fit hold.

This company uses crap material and warranty is short lived. Do not buy swimming pools from them you will regret it.

They are quick to deny you on warranty claim, then try to sell you replacement parts. Do not buy from this company

We have had a lot of rain the last 2 days, and now my filter will not work. I put the pool up at the end of May.

Easy setup with no issues. However, my filter was showing the green light flashing in the morning. I dried it out in the hot sun for a while; it is 102 here in Maryland. Now the timer lights are on, no more green light, but the filter will not start.

The thing is only 3 months old, for goodness' sake. Please help me out.

The Liner Continues To Leak at Seals.Not Sturdy at All.Money wasted trying to Repair ourself

We 'd like a Replacement Liner PLEASE. The pool IS assembled, we had Paid something assemble, and Leaking began nxt day.

I wanted to return, but box says to Contact Bestway !!!

I've been having trouble with the hoses popping off the side of my pool. She was straight to the point and very clear on what I should do.

I appreciate it so much! Having an above ground pool can be stressful when you don't know where to ask for help.

Dont buy from this company weve had our pool a month and the pump has quit working and they keep giving me the runaround on the pump I have reached out to Amazon since I bought it on their site and they have been trying to get this company to help fix the issue I have asked for a full refund and they can come get their algae green pool !

Do not I repeat Do not buy a swimming pool with the Bestway pools brand. I have had nothing but trouble with their swimming pools. And got no help from there customer service.

I called and spoke to someone who didnt know a single thing about the problem I was having. The pool turned green because of a defective pump and now its going to cost me more than I paid for the pool to clear up the water

Set pool up, filled 1/4 full. Liner lower wall started leaking. After inspecting, the leak, the wall has a slit in the lower wall.

Still haven't heard anything back. Nothing was answered.

Just ran with nothing being pushed into the pool or taken out.

No pressure, as if it was not pumping right. Holes sprung a leak into 2 spots and the repeller inside the pump sounded like it wasn't moving or spinning

They want all this information that I threw out. They can't have the Walmart thing to look up my price tag that I paid; they don't know the dimension sizes of the part or anything.

How can you sell a pool and don't have dimensions of gaskets? That's disturbing.

Not happy; spent all this money. No phone number to talk to anybody from the parts place.

This being my first experience with a brand new Pool it was a little disheartening to have our pump stopped working after a week . The representative was very knowledgeable on the phone sent me the email to file a claim. Overall, it was a good experience.

Bought pool, be leaving a " pool" would arrive with all parts needed to be able to use. Box reads POOL ready for water, an what I got was a liner an frame.

Nothing more than that. No pump or anything to make this a functioning pool. Never purchase a Pool that did not have its nessary working parts.
