Bought this pool and within first few months 2 of my poles broke and bent. Called bestway Nobody ever calls back! Customer service is horrible! They should have a customer service phone line that you can actually speak to a live agent! Please call me 431 531 ****!

Spent a whole day getting the spa filled up and put together. Then get a error code I understand this is a cheap alternative to a real spa but what a waste of money and time. Cant speak to anyone to trouble shoot or claim a warranty. Dont waste your time or money on these better off paying for a real spa. Theres a reason these companies dont have customer service numbers that you can speak with someone. Congrats on another sucker

Hello, I have been trying to get ahold of you for a couple of months now without success. Its partly due to me living in the eastern time zone. Anyway, I have a Coleman 71 inch x 26 inch Bahamas AirJet Spa. Unfortunately it seems as though the temperature sensor is bad on it and I think I might need a new one. I bought the hot tub from Walmart back in late September of 2022 (last September). I am unable to get the hot tub to heat up because it keeps saying its too cold to heat up most of the time. We live in central Indiana, so its still cold outside this time of year. The few times that its been warm enough outside lately to start heating up, the temperature sensor starts plummeting almost immediately until it stops heating again . Leaking air from the screw valve coleman saluspa hot tub. Cant find a part. Tried calling and was unable to figuratively get someone on the phone. Woukd it be possible for someone to call me back? Typing all this to get to 100 symbols. Thank you!

I need parts for the pool and all you can do is email them and hope to get a call. This is pathetic. I suggest you buy Intex , my last pool was made by them and would still look good, but I cleaned it with a bleach and did not rinse well- so it faded . But after 8 years, I decided to get a new one and for some stupid reason picked out a pool made by bestway. Worst mistake ever. I plan to shout about this company all over the internet . And if you're in the market for a *** service pool, mine is for sale...including a few bent braces.
